Mark Zentz

Mark Zentz
Managing Director of RIM’s Public Sector Division

Mark has been the Director of Research In Motions North American Public Sector team since 2001. During that time the number of users in the public sector has grown to over one million. Mark is responsible for setting overall strategy for RIM’s efforts focused on government, health care and education markets. The current RIM public sector team has over forty members in the United States and Canada. The mission of the RIM Public Sector team is to promote Blackberry as the “Enterprise Platform for Mobility”. To date customers in the public sector have installed over 20,000 Blackberry Enterprise Servers making Blackberry the dominant mobile middleware supplier in the public sector.

Prior to joining Research In Motion Mark held management positions with SkyTel ( a wireless messaging provider) and Lotus Development (now part of IBM). Mark has been in the messaging and communications areas for the past twenty years.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Marketing.

 

Michael Hylton

Michael Hylton
Blackbery Technical Account Manager for RIM

Michael Hylton is the BlackBerry Technical Account Manager with Research in Motion (RIM). In that role, he is responsible for managing the technical relationship between RIM and US government agencies. Prior to joining RIM, he spent 11 years in Information Technology with both public sector and private sector organizations. He has an extensive wireless mobility and messaging background working with large organizations from federal agencies to fortune 500 companies.

Michel Loosemore
Wireless Application Architect for RIM

Mike Loosemore, is a Wireless Application Architect with Research In Motion where he works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. Mike provides BlackBerry application development overviews and strategies for clients. Prior to joining RIM, Mike spent over 15 years architecting and developing software solutions in the enterprise space, with development experience ranging from ERP systems to GIS systems to medical applications. Mike also spent 2 ½ years working at IBM Laboratories supporting and developing C++ class libraries. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Honors Physics with additional focus on Computer Science.

Shayne Beckett
Senior Product Manager for Cincinnati Bell 

Shayne Beckett currently works at Cincinnati Bell as the Sr. Product Manager - Business Wireless. Shayne started his career at Cincinnati Bell in 1997 where he has held multiple positions including Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Wireless Quality Assurance Manager and additional product management roles. He has been in his current role of Wireless Product Management for over three years. Shayne attended Northern Kentucky University and currently resides in Burlington.
